Create Regulation and Policy Clauses

View and create compliance policy clause and regulation clause records.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Automotive Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Education Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Government Cloud with Lightning Scheduler, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
To create and manage prompt templates in Prompt Builder:

Prompt Template Manager permission

AND

Execute Prompt Templates permission
To use Natural Language Processing: NLP Service permission set
To use Scoring Framework: Scoring Framework Admin permission set
To run flows: Run Flows permission
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. Create Compliance Clauses for Regulation Versions.
    1. From the navigation bar, select Regulation Version.
    2. From the navigation bar, select Regulation Version.
    3. Select a regulation version.
    4. Click View Extracted Clauses to view the extracted documents.
    5. Select an extracted document and then click View Results.
    6. View the results.
    7. Select a clause, and then click Create New Clause.
    8. A disclaimer message for Generative AI appears. Click Create New Clause.
  3. Create Compliance Clauses for Compliance Policy Versions.
    1. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Version.
    2. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Version.
    3. Select a compliance policy version.
    4. Click View Extracted Clauses to view the extracted documents.
    5. Select an extracted document and then click View Results.
    6. View the results.
    7. Select a clause, and then click Create New Clause.
    8. A disclaimer message for Generative AI appears. Click Create New Clause.

The Regulations related list shows the clause that you created.
