Regulation clause extraction has six statuses.

| Available in: Automotive Cloud, Consumer Goods Cloud, Education Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Government Cloud with Lightning Scheduler, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions View editions availability. |
Clause Extraction Results
| Status | Supported Actions |
|---|---|
| Extraction in Progress | Wait for the status to change to Review Not Started to review the extracted content. You can delete the extracted file only when the extraction is in progress. |
| Review Not Started | Initiate the review and save the extracted clauses to the regulation and regulation version. |
| Review in Progress | Continue the review of the extracted clauses. |
| Review Completed | Add the extracted clauses to the regulation and regulation version. Clauses are available to be viewed only for 90 days. |
| Extraction Failed | Delete the extraction record and reinitiate the PDF extraction. |
| Review Expired | Clauses are available for review for 90 days, then they expire. |
