Create a Compliance Policy Clause and a Compliance Policy Clause Version
Capture specific provision or section within a compliance policy. Create compliance
policy clause records and store details such as name, description, associated regulation, and
parent regulation clause.
For every compliance policy clause record you create, a corresponding compliance policy clause
version record automatically gets created to ensure version control and traceability. When
capturing policy updates, always create a new compliance policy clause version record to track
changes over time.
From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance
Navigator.
From
the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Clauses.
Click New.
Enter a name and description for the compliance policy clause.
Specify details such as the compliance policy and the parent compliance policy
clause.
Add comments and reference document links, if necessary.
Click Save & Next.
In the Edit Compliance Policy Clause Version window, specify details such as the clause
text, change summary, and the validity period of the compliance policy clause version.
For every compliance policy clause you create, a corresponding compliance policy
clause version is automatically created in draft status to ensure version control and
traceability.
Save your changes.
The compliance officer maps compliance policy clause versions to compliance policy
version.
