Create a Regulation Clause and a Regulation Clause Version
Store granular details of every provision or section within a regulation. Create
regulation clause records and capture information such as name, description, associated
regulation, and parent regulation clause. You can also add comments and references to supporting
documents to provide comprehensive information and context.
For every regulation clause record you create, a corresponding regulation clause version
record automatically gets created to ensure version control and traceability. When capturing
regulation amendments, always create a new regulation clause version record to track changes
over time.
From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance
Navigator.
From the navigation bar, select Regulation Clauses.
Click New.
Enter a name and description for the regulation clause.
Specify details such as the regulation and the parent regulation clause.
Add comments and reference document links, if necessary.
Click Save & Next.
In the Edit Regulation Clause Version window, specify details such as the clause text,
change summary, and the validity period of the regulation clause version.
For every regulation clause you create, a corresponding regulation clause version
is automatically created in draft status to ensure version control and traceability.
Save your changes.
The compliance officer maps regulation clause versions to regulation version.
