Capture regulation details such as the authority issuing a regulation, domains covered
by a regulation, applications that are impacted, and links to official documents for quick
reference. You can also assign a regulation manager who is responsible for ensuring compliance
with the regulation.
To maintain version control and traceability, a regulation version record is automatically
created when you create a regulation record. You can specify the status and the time frame for
which the regulation version is effective. Additionally, you can store a summary of revisions
made to the regulation version over time and include links to related official documents. To
track changes over time, always create a new regulation version record when capturing a
regulation amendment.
From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance
Navigator.
From the navigation bar, select Regulations.
Click New.
Enter a name and description for the regulation.
Specify details such as regulatory authority, usage type, scope, and regulation
manager.
Add comments and reference document links, if necessary.
Click Save & Next.
In the Edit Regulation Version window, specify details for the regulation version such as
the effective from and to dates, change the summary, and add links to the reference document
list.
A regulation version is automatically created in draft status for each regulation record
that you create.
Save your changes.
