View Asynchronous Impact Analysis Results

View Impact Analysis results for regulations and policies. Select and map records to the regulation clause version or compliance policy clause version records.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To use Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance User permission set
To set up Data 360: Data Cloud org: Data Cloud Architect
To use prompt templates: Prompt Template User
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. View and map Impact Analysis results for Regulation Versions.
    1. From the navigation bar, select Regulation Version.
    2. Select a Regulation Version.
    3. Click View Impact Analysis Results.
      The status of the Impact Analysis must be Completed to view results.
    4. To view impacted records, click Compliance Policy Clause Version, Business Operations Process, or Compliance Control Versions.
    5. To map two or more records to the regulation clause versions, select records and then click Map Selected Records
    6. To map the record to the related regulation clause version, click Map to Related.
      Records listed as Mapped are mapped to the regulation clause version.
    7. Click Complete.
  3. View and map Impact Analysis results for Compliance Policy Version.
    1. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Version.
    2. Select a Compliance Policy Version.
    3. Click View Impact Analysis Results.
      The status of the Impact Analysis must be Completed to view results.
    4. To view impacted records, click Business Operations Process, or Compliance Control Versions.
    5. To map two or more records to the compliance policy clause versions, select records and then click Map Selected Records
    6. To map the record to the related compliance policy clause version, click Map to Related.
      Records listed as Mapped are mapped to the compliance policy clause version.
    7. Click Complete.
