Impact Analysis for Regulatory Change Management

With Compliance Impact Analysis, identify and manage the effects of changes to Regulation and Compliance Policy Versions, and Regulation and Compliance Policy Clause Versions. An AI-powered window uses prompt templates to identify related policies, controls, and business processes. Users evaluate the records, create missing mappings through individual or bulk actions, and generate follow-up tasks to update impacted records. By automating the identification of related records and facilitating direct record mapping, the tool streamlines gap analysis and makes sure that the broader compliance framework stays aligned with updated regulatory requirements.

  • Set Up Impact Analysis for Regulations
    Assign permissions, set up Data 360, and set up Einstein.
  • Launch Asynchronous Impact Analysis
    Use Impact Analysis to find policy clause versions, compliance control versions, and business operation processes that might reference or relate to the selected regulation version or compliance policy version. Launch asynchronous Impact Analysis from a Regulation Version or Compliance Policy Version.
  • Launch Synchronous Impact Analysis
    Use Impact Analysis to find policy clause versions, compliance control versions, and business operation processes that might reference or relate to a regulation clause version or a policy clause version. Launch synchronous Impact Analysis from a specific Regulation Clause Version or Compliance Policy Clause Version.
