Map a Compliance Policy Clause Version to a Business Operations Process

To improve traceability and make sure that process owners can easily access policy updates, compliance officers link business operations processes to the relevant versions of compliance policy clauses.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.
User Permissions Needed
To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Compliance Policy Clause Versions.
  3. Open the required compliance policy version record page and navigate to Business Operations Process Compliance Policy Clause Versions in the Related tab.
  4. Click New.
  5. Select the business operations process that you want to map the compliance policy clause version with.
  6. Save your changes.

After reviewing the compliance policy version, the compliance officer activates it when the effective date approaches.
