Bulk Update a Regulation Version

Bulk update the status field on regulation clause version records that are associated with a regulation version.

Available in: All Industry Clouds, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud View editions availability.

To configure Process Compliance Navigator: Compliance Admin permission set

The bulk update is processed asynchronously by calling the ComplianceBulkUpdateResponseRepresentation connect API.

Bulk update a maximum of 1000 regulation versions at one time.

When the Regulation and Policy Status Transition and Validation Criteria setting is turned on, records in a bulk update that don't meet the transition and validation criteria fail. You don't receive a notification about which records failed.

  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Process Compliance Navigator.
  2. From the navigation bar, select Regulation Versions.
  3. Open the regulation version record.
  4. Go to the quick actions menu and click Bulk Update.
  5. Select a status.
  6. Save your changes.
    When the bulk update is completed, the user who initiated it receives a confirmation notification and email.
