Create Regulations and Associate Them with Business Operations Processes

Integrate regulations into your operational workflows so that your front-line staff can execute business processes smoothly and stay compliant. Create regulatory authority records, regulation and regulation versions, and regulation clauses and their versions. Establish a link between regulation clause versions and a regulation version. To ensure compliance within your organization, publish the regulation versions and map business operations processes to regulation clause versions.

  • Create a Regulatory Authority Record

Include links to relevant resources for quick reference and add comments for notes or observations.
  • Create a Regulation and a Regulation Version
    Capture regulation details such as the authority issuing a regulation, domains covered by a regulation, applications that are impacted, and links to official documents for quick reference. You can also assign a regulation manager who is responsible for ensuring compliance with the regulation.
  • Create a Regulation Clause and a Regulation Clause Version
    Store granular details of every provision or section within a regulation. Create regulation clause records and capture information such as name, description, associated regulation, and parent regulation clause. You can also add comments and references to supporting documents to provide comprehensive information and context.
