          Cancel Appointments

          Cancel a single appointment for a patient or cancel all of the appointments in a series at once.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Health Cloud

          User Permissions Needed
          To cancel appointments: Health Cloud Appointment Management
          1. To cancel a single appointment in an appointment list, click the action menu for the appointment, and then click Cancel Appointment.
            Your Salesforce admin configures the appointment list. Find it on an account or clinical service request page in the Service Appointments related list. Or find the Appointment List tab in the Appointment Management console.
          2. To cancel all of the appointments in a series, from the App Launcher, find and select Service Appointment Groups. In the action menu for the service appointment group to cancel, click Cancel All Appointments.
            If you want to cancel appointments in the series that have already occurred, cancel them individually from the patient’s account page or a clinical service request page.
