          Create Visits by Using Trip Lists

          You can plan visits in automatic mode according to a customer sequence in the trip list. Depending on the trip list customer setting, you can plan multiple visits for a customer during a day.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To create visits by using trip lists:

          CGCloud Sales User

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

          The types of trip lists are:

          • Daily Trip List: The system creates calls for a date according to the customers' sequence in the trip list.
          • Weekly Trip List: The system creates calls for a week according to the day of the week according to the customers' sequence in the trip list.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Visits.
          2. Click Trip List Planning.
          3. Enter the trip list name, type, visit creation date, and sales org details.
          4. Click Search.
          5. From the list, select a trip list and then click Generate Visits.
