          Create Multiple Visits

          You can create multiple visits for several customers and assign the visit to any sales rep from the team.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To create multiple visits:

          CGCloud Sales User

          OR

          CGCloud Retail Sales User AND CGCloud Retail User

          The system determines the time of visit by using these criteria:

          • The time that you entered in the sales org user settings.
          • If you didn't enter the time, the system considers the time that you entered in the individual user settings.
          • If you didn't enter the time in the sales org user settings and individual user settings, then the system considers the time that you entered in the custom settings.
          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Visits.
          2. Click Multiple New Visits.
          3. Enter the Customer Name, User, City, Visit Creation Date, and Visit Template details.
            Note
            Note The system shows the User field only for Supervisors. The list of users depends on the Role Hierarchy Configuration setting.
          4. Click Search.
            The search result shows the list of customers for which the selected user is a manager.
          5. Select two or more customers, and then click Plan Visits with Selected Customers.
            The system creates calls for the selected customers and call template for the user and the entered call creation date. The system shows calls in the call calendar and call overview. The system selects the status of the calls as Planned.
            The system creates visits with status as Planned.
