            Make the Advanced Order Record Page the App Default Page for Service App

            To make custom Advanced Order record pages available to service agents, make the Order Management Lightning Web Component (LWC) the app default for Consumer Goods Cloud for Service app. Assign the Advanced Order record page as the app default page for Consumer Goods Cloud for Service.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud for Service and Consumer Goods Cloud for Sales and Service is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder, and then select Lightning App Builder.
            2. Next to Advanced Order Record Page, click View.
            3. Click Activation.
            4. Choose App Default and click Assign as App Default.
            5. Select the Consumer Goods Cloud for Service app and click Next.
            6. Save your changes.
