Use the Account Performance dashboard to gain a comprehensive view of your accounts’
business performance and operational metrics across your entire customer base. Analyze revenue
trends, product compliance issues, and customer engagement patterns to assess account health and
identify improvement opportunities.

The Account Performance dashboard includes these features and metrics:
Filter the analytics charts and metrics by Sales Organization, Account
Priority, Account, Shipping State, and other dimensions to customize
your view and compare performance.
View KPIs such as revenue, quantity, visits, high priority visits not completed.
Click Compare Weekly Metrics on the KPI tile to view and compare average weekly
KPIs including revenue, quantity, visits, and high-priority visits not completed with the
current metrics.
Click the arrow in the top-right corner of each KPI metric tile to open it in the detailed
view.
Go to the Overall Performance section to compare accounts side-by-side and analyze
performance trends across your customer base.
Select metrics from the Show Account Performance by dropdown menu, such as revenue,
visits, out-of-stock occurrences, or product compliance indicators, to focus your
analysis.
View the current and previous date range labels to understand the time periods the
dashboard compares.
Use the horizontal bar chart to identify top-performing accounts ranked by the
selected metric.
Track performance trends via line charts to assess whether accounts are improving or
declining.
Click Back to Overview button to navigate between detailed metric
views and the main dashboard.
