          Embed Last Account Visit Dashboard in Record Pages

          Access Last Account Visit dashboard directly in Salesforce record pages, and gain data insights at a glance without switching context. When an admin adds the Last Account Visit dashboard component into a record page, users see visualizations and analytics that are relevant to that record. Admins can also configure filters so that the dashboard displays data specific to the record being viewed.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available for an additional cost in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions where Last Visit Dashboard is enabled
          User Permissions Needed
          To create and edit Tableau Next dashboards Tableau Next Analyst permission set
          To access Lightning App Builder to embed dashboards Customize Application user permission
          1. On the record page that you want to embed the dashboard in, click the Setup icon (gear).
          2. Select Edit Page.
          3. If you have multiple page layouts, open the Lightning App Builder in Setup to see the list of page layouts. Click Edit for the page layout that you want to update.
          4. From the Lightning App Builder component palette, search for the Tableau Next Dashboard component.
          5. Click and drag the Last Account Visit dashboard component where you want it to appear on the page. Or select where on the page you want to insert the component, and then choose the Last Account Visit dashboard component.
          6. In the Dashboard field, search for and select the dashboard that you want to embed.
          7. Optionally, you can configure the size and other settings in the component properties panel. In the Height (px) field, update the value to 1000 (or higher) to make sure the content is fully visible.
          8. Optionally, add filters by selecting Add Filter to map record fields to dashboard filters.

          After you embed the component, save and activate the Lightning page. When users view a record, the dashboard automatically displays contextual insights and applies any record-specific filters that you configured.
