Install the Retail Execution (RE) Tableau Next analytics app to unlock prebuilt
analytics, insights, and dashboards for data-driven retail execution by using the Consumer Goods
Cloud Enhanced model.

The specific permission set license is assigned based on the user persona and the SKU
provisioned in your org.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and select
Permission Sets. Verify that the required permissions are assigned for
Tableau Next analytics.
In the Quick Find Box, enter and select Retail Execution
Settings.
In the Install Consumer Goods Tableau Next Analytics app section, select Install
and Enable Retail Tableau Next Analytics, and then
clickStart. The Enter App Details window appears.
Enter an app name and description, select a log level from the dropdown, and then click
OK. A confirmation message indicates that the app installation is in
progress and becomes available in a new tab shortly.
To verify the installation, enter and select App Hub in the Quick
Find box. A Success status confirms that the installation completed successfully.
If your installation fails: From Setup, enter and select
App Install History in the Quick Find box. Click the name of the failed
app installation to see the list of definition tasks. Click the dropdown menu for a specific
task, and then select View Logs to see the reason for the failure.
To uninstall an app: From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter and
select App Hub. Then select the app that you want to uninstall, and
click Delete.
