          Customize the Prebuilt Flow to Create a Case for a Collection Plan

          This flow automatically creates a case when a collection plan record is created with a valid reason.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: View product and edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To customize the prebuilt flow:

          Collections and Recovery Admin permission set

          AND

          Customize Application permission

          Before you customize the prebuilt flow, make sure that you have already created a decision matrix with the name DetermineCaseReasonAndRelatedAttributes.

          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
          2. Click Create Case for Collection Plan.
          3. Click Save As New Version.
            Note
            Note If you plan to clone the flow, make sure that you don't change the API name.
          4. Customize the flow according to your business requirements.
          5. Save your changes and activate the flow.
