Pas de vooraf samengestelde conceptstroom voor kennisgevingen over betalingsstatus dusdanig aan dat deze berichten over het slagen of mislukken van betalingen bevat.
Stel Data 360 en Marketing Cloud in uw organisatie in.
Schakel de instelling Kennisgeving over betalingsstatus in Set-up van verzamelingen in.
Geef vanuit Set-up Stromen op in het vak Snel zoeken en selecteer vervolgens Stromen.
Klik op Verzamelingen: E-mail met betalingsstatus verzenden.
Klik op Opslaan als nieuwe versie.
Configureer voor het verzenden van berichten over betalingssucces en betalingsmislukking aan uw leners de twee actie-elementen E-mailbericht verzenden in de stroom.
Sla uw wijzigingen op en activeer de stroom.
