Специалисты по коллекциям могут использовать пакетное действие «Запрос прямого дебета» на странице списка с действиями для быстрого запроса нового дебета со счета клиента, помогая ускорить процесс сбора и улучшить общий денежный поток.
В средстве запуска приложений найдите и откройте «Списки действий».
Нажмите на список планов коллекции для просмотра списка планов коллекции.
Выберите как минимум один план коллекции и нажмите «Запрос прямого дебета».
Чтобы убедиться в успешной отправке запроса на дебет, нажмите на план сбора и убедитесь в обновлении его статуса.
