As a collections specialist, view all the essential information related to a collection
plan on a collection plan record details page, in the Collections console app. Get a comprehensive
view of a collection plan record details to make informed decisions on each account and prioritize
the collection efforts accordingly.
To access Collections console app, and view the object record details page:
Collections and Recovery Specialist
On the home page, collections specialists can view:
Performance summary of their collection activities
List of collection plans assigned to them
Actionable lists of collection plans assigned to them
Additionally, collections specialists can also view these details on a collection plan record
details page.
Associated account and contact details, collection plan summary, actions, loan and
additional borrower details if any, promise to pay details, cashflow summary, collection plan
items, history, and notes and attachments.
Collection-related activities on the timeline to understand the context better and the
chronological sequence of collections events
The action launcher component to launch actions, such as Create Promise to Pay, Generate and
Send Payment Link, and so on.
To view the collection plans assigned to the collections specialists, from the App
Launcher, find and select Collections.
To view a collection plan record details page, from the collection plans section, click a
collection plan.
