          As collections specialists and collections managers, access comprehensive information about collection plans, including payment history, due dates, and customer contact details. As a collections manager, create a prioritized list of collection plans and assign them to collections specialists. As a collections specialist, record a promise to pay, create cases for collection plans, and request direct debit to a core banking system.

            As a collections specialist, view all the essential information related to a collection plan on a collection plan record details page, in the Collections console app. Get a comprehensive view of a collection plan record details to make informed decisions on each account and prioritize the collection efforts accordingly.
          • View Metrics and Linked Collection Plans on Account Pages
            As collections specialists, you can quickly identify high-priority collection accounts and strategically plan collection activities by reviewing key metrics on the account record pages. These metrics include the total initial due amount, the current total due, the total payments received, and the average days past due. You can also view all collection plans associated with the account on the account record details page.
          • Create and Configure Prioritized Lists of Collection Plans with Actionable List Definitions
            As a collections manager, use actionable list definitions to create actionable lists. Specify list filtering criteria, such as due amount, days past due, or collection plan segment. After you create an actionable list, assign it to collections specialists so that they can get started with the collections activities quickly.
