Address Billing and Usage Related Inquiries From Customers in Communications Service Console
Use the Billing and Usage tab in Communications Service Console to see billing and usage information.

- Verify the identity of the customer.
- Click the Billing and Usage tab.
- To see billing account details, current service usage details, last bill details, and last payment details, click the Overview subtab.

To retrieve the service usage records of an account, click the Service Usage subtab.
- Complete the mandatory fields based on the information that the customer provides.

Click Search.
The Service Usage Records section shows relevant records.
- To see the previous bills associated with the account, click the Bills subtab.
- To see the previous payments made by the account, click the Payments subtab.
