          Sales reps improve their efficiency by creating recipient groups for quote using Agentforce in Revenue Cloud for Communications, reducing the manual task of selecting recipients to create groups. With quote recipient groups, sales reps configure and apply an offer to a group of recipients without cloning the offer for each recipient individually. This improves scalability, usability, and performance of quote line items by managing the offer in a single representation of the quote line items associated with multiple recipients.
