            Apply Template to a New Quote

            After creating an enterprise quote, approved templates matching the quote's price list are available in the Cart Templates tab for application to the working cart.

            REQUIRED EDITIONS
            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            1. Navigate to the enterprise quote where you want to add the preconfigured items.
            2. Select locations or subscribers, and navigate to the product catalog page.
            3. Click on the Cart Templates tab.View Cart Templates tab.
              Note
              Note If you don't see this tab, contact your admin to enable the necessary permissions.
            4. Review these details:
              1. Browse the list of available templates. Only Approved templates with a matching Price List ID to the current quote will appear.
              2. Click View Details to open a modal displaying the template name, description, and other details.
            5. Click Apply Template.View Template Details.

              The system automatically clones all products, adjustments, and promotions from the template into your working cart.

            Search for Cart Templates

            Use the search functionality to find the suitable cart template for your use. The search filters templates based on name, category, and tags.

            1. Navigate to the Cart Templates tab in the product catalog.
            2. Use the search bar to enter your search criteria.
              Note
              Note The default scope searches across template name, category, and tags.
            3. Use the search bar to enter your search criteria.Search the templates.

            Add relevant tags to your templates during creation to improve searchability and help users locate similar templates.

            Customize the Template List View

            Extend the default template list view with custom columns to display additional information relevant to your business needs.

            Admins can modify the TemplatedProducts section under ConfigData of the ESMGuidedGetConfigData Integration Procedure to add or remove custom columns.

            1. After you've got a suitable template, you can:
              1. Mix and Match – Add new products from the catalog or even apply multiple templates to the same working cart.
              1. Preview Cart – After applying a template, use the Preview Cart button to review the list of products before moving to the working cart.
            2. In your working cart, you can:
              1. Modify Products – Change attributes, quantities, or adjustments. The system automatically re-evaluates all configuration and pricing rules based on your changes.
