          Assign Permission Set to External Credential Principal

          You must assign a permission set to the external credential principal that you created to the user responsible for using the Agentforce features.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign a permission set to external credential principal: Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Permission Sets and select it.
          2. Select the permission set that you want to update.
            Note
            Note You can also create a permission set by extending an existing permission set.
          3. Open External Credential Principal Access, and click Edit.
          4. From the list of available principals, move the external credential principal that you created to the Enabled column.
          5. Save your changes.
            Note
            Note Make sure that this permission set is assigned to the user.
