Assign Permission Set to Users for Using Agentforce for Billing Resolution
Give your users access to the Agentforce for Billing Resolution feature by assigning
them a permission sets. With these permission sets, users can enable Agentforce and use the this
feature.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions
User Permissions Needed
To assign permission sets to users:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select it.
Open the admin user from the list.
Go to Permissions Set Assignments, and click Edit Assignments.
Enable these permission sets.
Agentforce Service Agent Configuration
Agentforce Default Admin
Prompt Template Manager/User
Einstein for Communications
Save your changes.
