Assign Permission Set to Users for Getting Service Level Objective Insights with Agentforce
Give your users access to the Agentforce for Service Level Objective Insights for Asset
features by assigning them permission sets. With these permission sets, users can enable
Agentforce and use this feature.
Required Editions
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with
the Agentforce for Communications add-on
User Permissions Needed
To assign permission sets to users:
Manage Profiles and Permission Sets
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users and select it.
Open the admin user from the list.
Go to Permissions Set Assignments, and click Edit Assignments.
Enable these permission sets.
