After adding locations to a quote or order, browse catalogs and add products. Based on
the locations’ selection, browse and assign the products available to all the selected locations
at once, rather than individually. This streamlines the process when multiple locations require
the same offer, improving quote line item and order line item scalability and
performance.

To browse catalogs and assign products:
Manage Product Catalog
Note Once quote line items and order line items are created, you can't edit the
Locations.
Open the quote or order record.
On the Locations tab, select the locations and click Browse
Catalogs.
If you’ve not selected the price book before, select your price book and click
Save.
Select the required catalog from the catalogs list, and click
Next.
In the browse products list, enter the required quantity for the product, and then
click Add next to the product. You can add more than one
product.
Save your changes.
The product(s) are assigned to the locations.
