Check Serviceability in Communications Service Console
After verifying a customer’s identity, you can launch the flow to check the availability of offered services at a specified address from the Account 360 page.
- On the Details card, click Check Serviceability.

Select or add an address:

To select an address, click the Select Address tab, and then select an existing address.

To add an address, click the Add Address tab, and then enter required details including street, city, state, country, and ZIP code.

Click Next.
The Serviceability Result page shows the serviceability results.

If a customer wants to be contacted whenever a service is available in their area, then click Notify, and then submit the product details and the email address of the customer.
This action creates a lead record with the customer's contact details.
- Click Next to return to the Account 360 page.
