Upgrade Communications, Media, and Energy Applications Package to Winter '26
Use the instructions in these topics to upgrade any release of Industries CME since
Winter '18 directly to Winter '26. If you’re looking for installation links for previous versions,
contact Salesforce Customer Support for help.

When upgrading to a release, upgrade to the latest patch package for that release. For
example, when upgrading to the Spring '22 release, upgrade to the latest patch available for

Note If you've updated to the latest patch package, you must redeploy the Flexcard components,
cpqAttributeConfigFieldsfilters and cpqConfigureCartChildProducts, for Omnistudio Standard
runtime to complete the setup. For reference see, Deploy Industries CPQ in LWC with Standard
OmniStudio.
If you're upgrading across multiple releases, follow any unique post-upgrade steps for each
release. Say, you're upgrading from Spring '21 (230) to Spring '22 (236). In addition to running
the post-upgrade steps for Spring '22, ensure that you also run any unique post-upgrade steps
for releases Summer '21 (232) and Winter '22 (234).
Perform the steps in the Pre-Upgrade topic to complete pre-upgrade tasks for Industries CME before
you install the managed package.
Perform the steps in the Upgrade topic to install the Industries Applications package to upgrade to the latest
generally available (GA) release for an existing sandbox or production org.
Perform the steps in the Post-Upgrade topic to complete upgrade tasks for Industries CME after you
have installed the managed package.

Upgrade Steps for Winter '26 You must install the Industries Applications package to upgrade to the latest generally available (GA) release for an existing sandbox or production org.
