Configure Bulk Processing
To replace offers in bulk, you must add a custom metadata type for ListToObjects. Otherwise, sales agents see "Bulk Replace" errors when they use the change of plans feature to replace offers in bulk.
- From Setup, search for and open Custom Metadata Types.
- From the list of custom metadata types, click Manage Records for Function Definition.

Click New, and enter the following
field values.

- Save the new function.
