Make sure that the custom URL field is created. See Create a Custom URL Field for Quote Member (Managed Package).
This configuration is specific to enabling CSV uploads for the link field.
For CSV uploads to correctly populate your custom link field, an administrator must first add the field to the appropriate field set on the Quote Member object.
