            Configure the Assets Tab

            To display relevant information on the Assets tab, add preconfigured Flexcards.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
            User Permissions Needed
            To configure Assets tab: Service Console for Communications
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Communications Service Console.
            2. From the Accounts tab, open any customer’s account.
            3. From the Setup menu, select Edit Page.
            4. In the Lightning App Builder, click the Assets tab.
            5. Drag the Flexcard component to the Assets tab region.
            6. Click anywhere in the Flexcard region.
            7. In the Page > Flexcard section, select SFIServicesWithEinstein as the Flexcard name.
            8. Save your changes.
