Create Quotes for a New or Existing Customer with a Single Site
When a customer contacts
you,
search for their account by using their email address. If you don’t find any account, capture the
new customer's details and quote information. Review and edit the customer's site as needed.
Browse
catalogs, add products, and save the quote. Optionally provide billing details for the
quote.

To create a quote:
Manage Revenue Cloud

Revenue Cloud for Communications
Features

CME Sales Features
From the App Launcher, find and select Revenue Cloud for
Communications.
On the Home tab, enter the customer's account name to check whether an account already
exists.
If
an account is found, click Continue.
If no account is found, click New Onboarding.
Enter customer and
quote details.
Click Save to save details to Account, Contact and Quote entities,
and then click Next.
Validate the site details, and edit them if required:
From the actions menu of the site, select Edit Address.
Modify the details.
Save your changes.
Click Next.
Select a catalog, and then click Next.
Select the products that you want to assign to the site, and then click
Add for each product.
Click Save Quote, and then click Next.
If needed, enter the billing information, and then click Next.
Review the quote summary.
To go to the quote record page, click Go To Quote Page.
