Customization of Prompts and Questions in Einstein Quick Quote (Managed Package)
You can customize the prompts and questions in Einstein Quick Quote - Needs Analysis to suit your business needs. For example, the default configuration of Einstein Quick Quote - Needs Analysis shows questions to determine whether a broadband or an SD-WAN connection is suitable for a customer based on their responses. You can customize the implementation to show appropriate mobile subscription recommendations by modifying the related Omnistudio components.
This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.
