Customize Product Descriptions that Einstein Uses to Make Product Recommendations (Managed Package)
Einstein makes product recommendations based on the product descriptions in the product catalog. A product description must specify the conditions that a product is best suited for. For example, a type of SD-WAN connection can be best suited for entry level SD-WAN solutions that don't need an in-house IT support team.
This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

- From the App Launcher, find and select Vlocity Product Designer.
- Select a product.
- Click the Details tab.
- Update the product description.
- Save your changes.
