Customize Service Level Objective and Network Usage Data Fields
To ensure that you prompt includes all the fields required for analysis, customize service level objective (SLO) data fields and network usage data fields.

Customize Service Level Objective Data Fields
To ensure that your prompt includes all the fields that you need for analysis, customize the service level objective data fields. The customization ensures that the prompt includes all the relevant data to perform a comprehensive SLO analysis.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- From the list of flows, click Get Service Level Objective and Network Data.
- From the Save As New Version dropdown, click Save As New Flow.
- Enter a name for the flow label.
- Save your changes.
- Click Get Asset Service Level Objectives element, and then click Edit Element.
- Under the Select Fields to Store in Variable section, add or delete the fields required for your customization.
- In the Add Asset Service Level Objective Fields to Prompt Instructions element, update the field names based on the modification of fields in the previous step.
- Open the toolbox.
- Under the Text Templates section, click AssetServiceLevelObjectiveField.
- In Body, update the fields queried in the Get Service Level Objective and Network Data element, and then click Done.
- Click Add Asset Service Level Objective Field Values to Prompt Instructions.
- In Prompt Instructions, update the fields that you previously added.
- Save your changes, and then click Activate.
Customize Network Usage Data Fields
To ensure your prompt includes all the fields that you need for analysis, customize the network usage data fields. The customization ensures that the prompt includes all the relevant data to perform a comprehensive SLO analysis.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
- From the list of flows, click Get Service Level Objective and Network Data.
- From the Save As New Version dropdown, click Save As New Flow.
- Enter a name for the flow label.
- Save your changes.
- Open the toolbox.
- Under the Formulas section, click NetworkUsageStartDateThreshold.

Update the formula field as required for your customizations.
Warning To remain within the Apex CPU limit, the number of records retrieved can't exceed 2000. Salesforce recommends to use network usage data collected over a 15-day period, with data collected at 20-minute intervals. - Save your changes.
- Click Get Network Usages element.
- Under the Select Fields to Store in Variable section, add or delete the fields required for your customization.
- In the Add Network Usage Fields to Prompt Instructions element, update the field names based on the addition and deletion of fields in the previous step.
- Open the toolbox.
- Under the Text Templates section, click NetworkUsageFields.
- In Body, update the fields queried in the Get Service Level Objective and Network Data element, and then click Done.
- Click Add Network Usage Field Values to Prompt Instructions.
- In Prompt Instructions, update the fields that you previously added.
- Save your changes, and then click Activate.
