Install IDX Workbench
To deploy the Industries CPQ in LWC, you must first install and configure IDX Workbench for a new repository.
- Install the latest GA version IDX Workbench tool from here.
- Create an empty folder (for example, IDX Workspace) on your computer.
- In your project folder (for example, IDX Workspace), create a folder called vlocity.
- In IDX, click the configure workspace icon to edit or configure the IDX workspace.
- On the Configure Workspace window, click New Repository from the Repository list.

On the New Repository window, click Choose and select the folder that
you created.
The new folder becomes the repository for your IDX workspace.
- Click Save.The repository for your IDX workspace is set to the new folder.
- Close the Configure Workspace window, or click Cancel.
