          Invoke Enterprise Sales Management Invocable Methods by Using Agentforce Actions

          Expose your Enterprise Sales Management invocable methods as Agentforce actions so that agents can trigger enterprise service workflows directly within a conversation.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Enterprise Sales Management and the Agentforce for Communications add-on
          User Permissions Needed
          To use invocable methods as Agentforce actions:

          Customize Application

          AND

          CME Agentforce

          AND

          CME Agentforce Custom

          1. Assign Permission Sets to Use Invocable Actions.
          2. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agent and select Agentforce Agents.
          3. To open an existing agent, select an agent with Agentforce Employee Agent type, and click Open in Builder.
            Note
            Note To create an agent, click New Agent. Make sure to create an agent with Agentforce Employee Agent type. See Create an Agent from an Agentforce Employee Agent Template. Agentforce Service Agent type is not supported.
          4. To create a subagent, click New, and select New Subagent.
            Note
            Note To add a subagent from the asset library, click New and select Add from Asset Library.
          5. Enter the subagent label, description, scope, and instructions based on your business requirements.
          6. Click Next, and then select Finish.
          7. To create an agent action by using an invocable method, open the subagent that you created.
          8. On the This Subagent’s Actions tab, click New, and select Create New Action.
          9. On the Create an Agent Action page, select Apex as the reference action type, Invocable Methods as the reference action category, and select the invocable method for reference action.
            Note
            Note To see invocable methods, make sure that you’ve Set Up Agentforce for Enterprise Quoting in Enterprise Sales Management.
          10. Click Next.
          11. Select Require input for parameters to get input from the user.
          12. To show the response in conversation, select Show in Conversation for the output parameters.
          13. To save your changes, click Finish.
          14. To use agent actions, enter the instructions based on your requirements in the conversation preview.
