Manage Assets in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)

Create and modify assets, move customer assets from one location to another, and update assets associated with quotes.

This feature is part of the Communications Cloud managed package.

• Add Assets to a Quote in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)
  Select assets in the asset viewer and add them to new or existing quotes of the business account. Edit, delete, or remove assets as needed.
• Move Assets to Another Location in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)
  Move your customer’s assets to another location on designated disconnect and connect dates. When you move assets, you can also check the serviceability, and perform address validation to verify the eligibility of the assets.
• Change the Plan of One or Multiple Assets in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)
  Upgrade or downgrade the plan of one or multiple assets with the same plan that are added to a quote. If you change the plan of a single asset, you can also compare the plan with the current plan.
• Merge the Plans (Products) of Assets Added to a Quote (Managed Package)
  Merge the plans (products) of up to four assets added to a quote. The bundled plan includes the common and unique offers of the individual plans.
• Reversing Asset Changes During MACD Operations in Enterprise Sales Management (Managed Package)
  When you modify products by using MACD operations in the Enterprise Sales Management working cart, you can reverse manual changes made to product line items during the current editing session.
• Preserve Original Asset Prices for MACD in Enterprise Sales Management
  Retain the original negotiated price of an asset during Move, Add, Change, and Delete (MACD) operations in Enterprise Sales Management (ESM).
