Manage Multi-Subscribers in Revenue Cloud for Communications

Before you begin, make sure to set up Multi-Subscribers.

• Add Subscribers to a Quote or Order
  After you create a quote or order, the next step is to add subscribers to the quote or order. Add subscribers by manually entering the subscriber details or by using a CSV file.
• Assign Products to Subscribers in a Quote or Order
  After adding subscribers to a quote or order, browse catalogs and add products. Based on the subscribers’ selection, browse and assign the products available to all the selected subscribers at once, rather than individually. This streamlines the process when multiple subscribers require the same offer, improving quote line item and order line item scalability and performance.
• Manage Your Subscriber Group in a Quote or Order
  Groups are useful when you have a large number of subscribers who need the same products. Create a group of subscribers and apply the same configurations to an entire set without applying the offer to each subscriber individually. This streamlines the process when multiple subscribers need the same configuration, improving the scalability and performance of quote line items or order line items.
• Create an Order from a Quote with Subscribers
  Create one or multiple, independent orders from a single quote that contains subscribers. When you create an order from a quote, the subscriber information and product assignments are transferred to the order.
