Beginning with the Spring '21 release, there's a change in the way that DataRaptors are synced to OM Plus.

To set a DataRaptor to sync between Salesforce and OM Plus, check the OMplus Enabled checkbox for that DataRaptor. Or, if you're not sure which ones need to be synced, then you can run a script that makes the following change.
