Post Upgrade Steps for Order Management Summer '22
Customers upgrading to Industries Order Management must follow some steps to get Order Management working as expected. Except when noted otherwise, these steps are valid for both OM Standard and OM Plus environments.
If you are upgrading Order Management Standard from a version of CME earlier than CME Fall '20, then the earliest version of CME to which you should upgrade is CME 109.0.3.900.377.13. See the Complete Index of CME packages for the package download URL.

Order Management Plus: Set Data Mappers to Sync from Salesforce to OM Plus

If You Are Upgrading from a Version Earlier Than Fall '20: Upgrade the Priority Queue Picklist

OM Standard: Ensure the Order Value Has Been Added to the Scope Picklist Values

OM Plus only: Set appropriate Data Mapper bundles and Data Mapper map items to be synced
