Prepare Multiplay Subscription Management Components for Migration (Managed Package)

Copy the YAML files that contain components of Multiplay Subscription Management and load these components in IDX Workbench.

1. Navigate to the MSM_Omni_datapacks folder in your system. Copy the .vlocity folder and paste it in the MSM_Content IDX repository folder. The .vlocity folder contains all the YAML files.
2. Configure IDX Workbench.
   1. Create a folder in your system named MSM_Content. If you already have the MSM_Content folder in your system, skip to the next step.
   2. Open your MSM_Content folder. Display hidden files:

      • On a Mac system, press Command + Shift + ..

      • On a Windows system, click View and select Hidden Files.

      • A .vlocity folder appears inside the repository folder.

   3. Open the IDX Workbench app, and click the icon.
   4. In the Configure Workspace window, for Repository, click the drop-down arrow and then select New Repository.
   5. In the New Repository window, click Choose, and select your MSM_Content folder. The Name field is automatically set to the folder name, but you can modify it.
      
   6. Save your changes.
   7. Select your MSM_Content repository as the source, and select the org where you are deploying the datapacks as the target.
      If the Salesforce org isn’t available, reconnect it by selecting New Environment and logging in.
   8. Under the Project dropdown menu, you can now see all the YAML files listed. You can select any of the YAML file and click Save to load the components.
   9. You’re now ready to perform the migration.
