          Revenue Cloud for Communications provides comprehensive quote-to-order capabilities that streamline the entire sales lifecycle, from initial product configuration through final order fulfillment. To provide a consistent user experience, the quote and order record pages use the Sales Transaction Line Editor. In this centralized workspace, sales reps can manage complex transactions, view and edit order details, track fulfillment status, and manage modifications before final submission.

          Orders create managed assets that represent the customer's active subscriptions and service commitments. These assets form the foundation for downstream lifecycle operations including amendments, renewals, and cancellations. The platform maintains complete traceability from initial quote through active asset management.

          Here are some key capabilities available in Revenue Cloud for Communications:

Apply promotions to quotes and orders during the configuration process from the Sales Transaction Line Editor or Configurator. View applied promotions on assets, and efficiently manage products with promotions through amendment, renewal, and cancellation processes.

            Pricing in Revenue Cloud for Communications is a reliable and easy-to-use pricing solution that helps you price products based on their assigned locations or subscribers.
