Remove Managed Package Licenses From a Single User
If you're migrating a user from managed package licenses to permission set licenses, remove managed package licenses from the user.
Note Production orgs that purchase licenses and install managed packages typically receive
explicit provisioning, which enables the license management interface. In contrast, internal
packages lack this explicit provisioning, causing the "Manage Licenses" section to be
omitted in local environments.
From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
Select a user.
In the Managed Packages section, click Remove for Vlocity CMT.
