The licenses for DRO setup in the CME managed package.

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Edition.

Note Contact your Account team and Salesforce admin to get the necessary licenses and turn on permissions for your organization.

Detailed list of required licenses:

Enable Permissions for Context Service Users
Revenue Lifecycle Management Add-on: The RevenueLifeCycleManagementAddon includes the DRO license.
Clone the Submit Transactions and Fulfillment User and Submit Transactions User permission set to create a specialized permission set for fulfillment operations.
- Within these sets, go to Custom Object Permissions and grant full CRUD (Create, Read, Update, and Delete) access to the Fulfillment Request and Fulfillment Request Line managed package entities.
- After configured, assign these managed package-specific permission sets to the appropriate users to make sure that they have the necessary authorizations to manage fulfillment records.
