          Resolve Billing Inquiries and Disputes in Communications Service Console with Agentforce

          The service reps uses the assistive and autonomous capabilities of Agentforce to efficiently resolve billing inquiries and disputes in Communications Service Console by using the billing resolution agent topic and its actions. The integration of billing resolution agent topic and actions with Communications Service Console enables the service rep to retrieve outstanding balances and payment history, and explain the charges. You can also initiate billing disputes and view unpaid bills.

          User Permissions Needed
          To use Agentforce to resolve billing inquiries:

          Service Console for Communications

          AND

          Einstein for Communications

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Communications Service Console.
          2. On the Accounts tab, select the customer’s account.
          3. On the customer’s account record page, click Agentforce launch.
            Your Agentforce agent appears
          4. Enter your question, and then click Agentforce Send.
            You can click the prompt to get your answer.
