          Revenue Cloud for Communications Features and Feature Sets

          Salesforce Go offers a powerful array of features and preconfigured feature sets designed to accelerate the deployment of Revenue Cloud for Communications.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with Revenue Cloud for Communications

          Individual features provide granular control, allowing you to activate specific capabilities.

          Feature Sets, on the other hand, deliver bundles of interconnected features to address broader objectives. For instance, the Manage Multisite feature set combines the setup necessary for a multisite feature.

          1. Select Salesforce Go from the gear menu or the main Setup menu.
          2. The search feature in the Salesforce Go Home tab suggests feature names that are similar to the search term you enter. For example, to view initial setup, enter Revenue Cloud for Communications Initial Setup.
          3. To set up features from the Feature Sets tab.
            1. Go to the Feature Sets tab and select Communications from the Cloud dropdown.
              You can find the list of feature sets included under Communications Cloud that you can set up by using Salesforce Go.
            2. Click View All Features on the feature set that you want to set up and follow the steps.
          4. To set up features from the Features tab.
            1. Go to the Features tab and select Communications from the Cloud dropdown.
              You can find the list of features included under Communications Cloud that you can set up by using Salesforce Go.
            2. Click Set Up on the feature that you want to set up and follow the steps.
          5. To set up from the My Clouds tab.
            1. Go to the My Clouds tab and click Set Up Communications Cloud on the Communications Cloud card to start the initial setup for Revenue Cloud for Communications.
            2. On the My Clouds tab, click View All on the Communications Cloud card to view the list of features that you can set up by using Salesforce Go.
